Brittany Ater
I am a relational, experiential, and attachment-based therapist who supports individuals and relationships with compassion and humor. My work centers on helping clients deepen their understanding of sexuality, identity, and connection while exploring concerns like trauma, life transitions, or alternative relationship structures. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to heal, grow, and enhance communication and intimacy. I would be honored to collaborate with you on this journey toward clarity and fulfillment.
Imagine feeling a deep sense of connection, security, and pleasure within your relationship(s). You can access and communicate your emotional experience, needs, and desires with one another to co-create a fulfilling connection that can hold your expansive and authentic self. I believe that each of us already holds a deep internal understanding of what we need and desire, and my role is to help you uncover this knowledge for yourself and your relationship(s). Together, we will collaborate to explore the concerns and experiences that have brought you to this moment. I invite you to reach out so we can look at your concerns together and find a path toward healing and clarity. We’ll do this by finding new opportunities for relating to self and others, creating new patterns, honing communication skills, and increasing awareness of your bodily and emotional experiences.
I care deeply for my clients and consider it a privilege to support others in strengthening their sense of self, relationship(s), and sexuality using a compassionate, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental lens.
